Not really upset just felt communication was a little missing today. Just a word about what’s happening eg: acknowledging your re entering the room to do etc etc especially when clients are unable to open eyes to visually feel safe. In the past l have found that this has been done, today l did actually have someone that l have not had before. Another than a little bit of chat about process etc that didn’t happen. l am happy with my Procedure/treatment.

Absolutely amazing place, Ellie is incredible at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable. Would never go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Jess did an amazing job for one of her first times doing a Brazilian! I am so impressed! Not only did she do a great job with the wax itself but she showed so much care and concern for me and tried really hard to make me as comfortable as possible throughout. 10/10 Jess!!!
