I had a manicure and gel nails done today 31/10/22 at 12:30pm. The young girl was pleasant and I was happy with the result, however she cut me on 2 different fingers with the cuticle clippers, which drew blood. I hope I don’t up with a nail infection and I want to be able to return without the fear of being cut ever again Please feel free to contact me. Regards Lana

Don't know who was taking the calls but she was quiet rude and made you feel horrible, I still went and had two wonderful ladies, one help and conformed I changed my appointment and another was so caring and made me feel like a million dollars after my treatment they made you feel like you were important and for that I thank them both.

My teenage daughter has been before and prefers Michelle. Says she was more friendly and made her feel relaxed and spoke more to her. Michelle also did a better job on the waxing although we admit there was a lot of short hair today that would have been hard to get.

Last night I noticed a bruise on my eye lid from waxing this never happenes so I’m surprised maybe because she went over the same spot it’s a bit sore to touch I have a photo if you wish to see
