Thank you for doing a great job! I was very happy with the overall service and it was not as painful as I thought with the braz wax. However, I wish they understood that I wanted a landing strip in the middle, not all hair pulled out of the front. They were fabulous with getting the hair out of underneath and behind. The staff were nice and friendly.

I thought I had made an appointment but when I arrived there was mix up with the appointment. The girls at reception and the beautician that attended to me went above expectations to accommodate me. The service was exceptional and they solved my problem.
