I booked in for microdermabrasion but my Therapist Erin recommended a treatment that was much more suitable for my skin type. I was very happy with the Vitamin C facial and I am enjoying experimenting with my new skin care products. I also rang to ask a question the next day and my call was returned quickly (by Allie) and my question answered. Thank you

I was happy with a change of facial from the one I booked. But I I had some skin concerns I feel were not addressed. The entire time ghe person talked and I could never relax. I left feeling everything done I could have done at home and felt better. I also didn't come in to be told about Chinese medicine and how I need to take a gut supplement and come back for it after I see a specialist. I came in for a fa ial because I ha e been having some bad acne. I left with products that I felt pressured to buy. The person recommending me products never even asked about my skin type or my concerns. She also really talked down products I currently use. I am sad cause I wanted to start getting regular facials but I won't be back for a facial again
