Appointments are kept on time. All staff are friendly and attentive. Mark listens to the clients concerns or wishes before styling begins. Excellent results always. He seems to remember from one appointment to the next the difficulties and successes of the last style. I like the relaxation time with the warm face cloth. The colourist (Natalie) has a good eye for colour and how it goes with the client. Salon is very peaceful and calming. The only experience that I didn't particularly like was when one of the assistants did a bit of hard sell on one of the hair products. (This is only a minor issue. It was a bit like someone come up to you outside a supermarket and attempt to get you to sign up for some obscure charity.) Maybe I am super sensitive to things like that.
