My family don’t live close by so I wouldn’t refer them. I think the cost is too high, or if it was justified more clearly or you had a comparison chart of other businesses to justify the cost, I might be happier to pay that in future. Alternatively if there was an effort made to help give discounts rather than try to add extras on, that would give me/customers more faith that the costs are necessary. At a more reasonable price I would be more likely to come more regularly.
