I admit I was one of those difficult clients. I knew what I wanted but didn't/ couldn't explain it clearly so it took the staff more time & product than it should have (double the time and product)... and not that I would want to wish difficult clients upon the Rhubarb staff but they were amazing. Emily - incredible; confident, patient, kind and just super-good at what she does. I'd go back in a heartbeat... but will they have me ; )
