I really enjoy having my haircuts at Rhubarb. The staff are always very friendly. The downside to this visit was a parking ticket I received for overstaying the 1 hour parking in the adjacent side street....probably wouldn't have occurred if my 4.00pm appointment had started on schedule as opposed to 30 minutes late....grrrrrrrr!
