I can't find fault, I have only experienced in the time I have had my hair coloured and cut at Rhubarb polite and considerate service and most importantly good hair colour and cuts. It is a busy salon but it never feels too loud or over whelming.

I am going to sound like a grumpy old woman but.....the lady next to me had a young child with her who she kept occupied with downloads on the ipad of children's movies which was really annoying! the music inthe salon clashing with the sounds of the children's tv.Mde for a less than relaxing experience.

I always enjoy my haircut at Rhubarb. It is a lovely salon, I like the products they use as they have less "bad" chemicals in them. My only suggestion for improvement would be to put a little bit more time into the head massage! But I like the hot towel afterwards!
