I came in today because my blonde had dulled to a dark brassy colour. I asked for it to be brighter, lighter and a creamy/ash tone with no brassiness. 3 hours and $300 later my hair looks exactly the same plus with brassiness. I wasn't overjoyed when I left but thought it was ok, definitely nothing to complain about. But when I got home I realised that it just wasn't what I asked for and definitely not worth the money I spent. The girl who did my hair was lovely and she didn't do a bad job as such, as in, she hasn't stuff up my hair, however I came in and spent money I don't really have on my credit card so I could have lovely blonde hair before my overseas trip and I may as well have not come in at all. Unfortunately I don't have time to come in to get it looked at as I'm heading overseas.

While I really like the feel of the salon, and my past experiences have all been good, the last hair cut I received so disappointed me that I now feel embarrassed to return to the salon.

The old problem of asking for a trim, and getting over two inches removed after it was agreed that the condition of my hair and the length were both good. The cut is fine, it's just not what I asked for. Very disappointing.

I was there for 5 hours, so it was very slow. Half head foils and cut. It is a very long time to sit and for there to be no beverages available and no offer to get something bought in. There were no magazines. So very long, parched and boring. If I had been made aware on the phone prior to appt I could have organised my own. The team were very pleasent and apologised for all the phone calls to organise as staff had covid. I was concerned about the cost of the appt which seemed very expensive and thought maybe I had been overcharged. The colour was good.

I was a bit disappointed after my last visit. I don't usually buy products but I did invest in 3 new products the previous time and then felt like I got another sales pitch for another new product this visit.... it's not my thing and I tried to get this across. Perhaps a bit of a misunderstanding bw me and my new hairdresser - also had some trouble getting across the different type of styling I was looking for - I thought the words I used would be well understood.
