I have visited Richochet on many occasions during trips the Gold Coast and have always found my experience wonderful. Jeff and his staff are always extremely helpful and obliging. Most importantly my hair looks fabulous after each visit.

I have been seeing Jeff and the team since 2005 - The team is always happy, always a good vibe in the place and there's nobody else I trust to cut my hair with the same consistent outcome! Jeff is always considerate of time, always squeezes me in or texts me to let me know an earlier appointment is available
