I find the staff to be very informative with all aspects of their range of services and products. Cannot believe how pleasant, professional and reliable and well trained they are in every detail. I have been to many Salons/Spas through out Australia and the world, but the staff at Riverside offer support & back up to everything offering through their salon, they are interested in the maintenance of their clients, not just a one of visit.

Love the birthday voucher - thankyou. A couple of 'comfortable' waiting chairs would be good. The one in the corner is not comfy. Quite expensive - discounts for more than one treatment at the same time or loyalty cards would be an incentive to come more often. Other Noosaville salons give a 'locals' discount. Staff are very professional and lovely to deal with but overall it is too expensive for me to recommend to family/friends.

I love Riverside Beauty! The experience is always lovely. I would love a firmer massage next time...the therpaist I had was gorgeous and very professional, but her type of massage was not quite right for me! I have a lot of stress and rarely treat myself to a massage and so my expectations are always to try and 'knit' out those stressed muscles...this was more of a 'stroking' massage which i find frustrating! my mistake...I'll know what to ask for next time!! :)
