Sorry I forgot the beauty therapists name but she did my eyebrows on Tuesday morning and was not as I hoped (she has done them before and didn't have a problem)to her credit she did her best to fix problem and didn't charge me . I was happy with the way she handled it. Well done. Kind Regards Alison
