I have been a client of Rixon Hair for as long as I can remember. Both my boys have also since become clients and look forward to their experience at Rixon Hair. In fact, in their minds, no-one cuts hair as well as Brad and they will not go anywhere else! Also, the staff are always friendly and welcoming which makes for a very positive experience every time.

Jenna is an excellent stylist. I am always happy with my cut when I leave the salon. The first time I went I had a lovely washing experience too. I can't remember the name of the man who did it but he was wonderful. The second time it was a young lady - not as good - felt a bit rushed - and a little like she didn't really want to be there.

I am always greeted by friendly staff if my stylist is busy with a customer. Before my stylist even takes me to the wash basin, she always questions my satisfaction with my hair since the last cut and wether or not there were any concerns. Her suggestions for changes are never pushed or insisted upon, although I am always keen to vary my cut slightly with every visit. The positive comments I receive of my hair cut (from people I know as well as strangers) is evidence enough to continue with Rixon. Your hair, it's cut and health off is a very important part of your grooming, it should have movement, shine, and be up to date, this is an area I no longer need to stress about since starting with Rixon, the cut is so well done that I can style it myself at home with very little effort and that to me is the most important element of finding a good stylist......what is the point of looking good after your visit to the salon if you can't reciprocate it yourself at home!!!
