Marselly coloured my hair and she did a great job, like she always does. My rating is a lower than it would normally be because Marselly normally washes my hair after my colour, but the girl who washed my hair did not wash out all the colour. I am able to notice this today as I have relatively bad colour marks on my face and my hair smells strongly like hair dye, this left me feeling disappointed. I was not able to go out without washing my hair, which made my style done by John a bit of a waste. However, my cut with John was perfect as always,he always deserves a 10/10.

John recently cut my hair, he the best hair dresser I’ve had in long time. He really understands what kind of cut your hair needs and is really good in explaining exactly what he going to do and explains how the hair cut will look in the end, and of course it turns out wonderful.

Jenna and the Rixon Hair team are brilliant at making their customers feel at ease. The experience starts with a welcoming reception, a relaxed atmosphere and smiles around the room. There is a strong sense of respect and punctuality; Jenna took the time to understand what I needed for my hair cut, considering my lifestyle and how practicality was a key factor for me. And it doesn't stop there; the wash basin chairs are super comfortable, the hair products are really good, and there were refreshments included. Truly hard to fault!

Awesome experience - I only had an hour for lunch and they were efficient and friendly the whole way through. Glad to have gone.
