Worth every single dollar. The Rixon Hair team were incredible! Made me feel welcome the first step into the building, they have very friendly and uplifting staff. The atmosphere of the studio was open, modern and warm - not intimidating at all. Great location as it’s tucked away from the busy and loud city. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Was offered a beverage and some magazines while waiting. Staff are great with keeping you up to date on what’s being done while you’re waiting. The shampoo, condition and head massage were a dream. Ben did an incredible job cutting my hair! Gave me a run down on what he was going to do and how it would look, always checking up to see if I was okay. He was very patient with my thick hair, making sure it was even and there were no stray hairs - he even styled it at the end! My hair now feels so much lighter and healthy. I was treated so well, made me feel so relaxed and left the building feeling absolutely amazing.
