As a relatively new client of Rixon, I appreciate the fact that Elyse has taken the time to get to know me and to understand what I wish for re: my hair. She always makes me feel very welcome, listens carefully, and writes notes so that everything is recorded for my next visit. I also appreciate the fact that there is no aggressive up-selling (which I have found very annoying at other salons). Suggestions are made from time to time, but there is no pressure to buy. I very much enjoy my regular visits to Rixon salon :)
