Gemma was brilliant. I am so happy with my style cut. I can't wait for her to fix up my colour in a few weeks. I was told this was a very exclusive and expensive salon. Not at all. I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Fantastic service all round.

Reason for giving you a lower score on the the last question, How likely are you to refer us to your family and friends?, is because not everyone appreciate the quality and personal interaction you offer and deliver. I would only recommend people who appreciate a "higher level hair salon". You are doing great and it is always a pleasure to visit you. I have Genna as my hair dresser and she understands my needs. Given that I am very picky with my hair and it takes me forever to "trust" a hair dresser, I feel 100% comfortable with her. All staff is very friendly and I am always feeling very welcome. Details like staff welcoming me with my name, even though I never spoke to them before, makes a great positive impact and makes me feel appreciated and welcome, big bonus! A cool thing to do could be to print a little booklet about current and upcoming hair trends, and have them available at the table before you go to your seat. This could be a good conversation starter and potentially even bring more services in for your business. Hair colour, extensions etc.. ? People want to be "in trend", and who is better to tell them than their hair dresser? VERY happy with you:-) /Ralf Jonasson

I've just had my first appointment with Rixon Hair and I had a great experience. I had a major restyle and the appointment went well over the time that I had booked, but they accomodated me without any drama. Terri really took the time to listen to what I wanted and provided constructive advice as well. Rather than just cutting a generic version of my new style, she kept perfecting and playing with it until it really suited me and my features. I really appreciated that and will definitely be back.

My wife has been trusting her hair care to no one else for many years and I am always pleased to tag along. From the moment you arrive you are treated like a VIP... nice coffee with a yummy homemade shortbread, head massage as your hair is shampooed. Jenna (my hairdresser) does a wonderful job taking her time plying her skill with nothing but a pair of tiny scissors that become almost like an extension of her fingers. She takes a lot of pride doing a job she loves. Give her a try!
