I have been a Rixon Hair client for a number of years now and my consultant, John, has always given me a wonderful experience and fabulous hair ! Thank you, John !! I I appreciate the un rushed time dedicated by John, his conversation if I want it, his respectful silence otherwise, and the attention to my comfort from all staff involved. A great coffee today and biscuit, and I love how my hair looks and feels, and I know from experience that it will continue to look great until my next hair appointment. John discusses the appointment, listens to what I want done, and does exactly as I ask, while also checking from time to time and offering suggestions where relevant. Staff are congenial and attentive from the moment one arrives until shown cordially out the door after payment and possible rebooking for next appointment. Many thanks, Rixon Hair.
