I found my visit today to be enjoyable, relaxing, exciting to see the new colour and style of my hair, with the stylist (Theo) being extremely professional and caring. I will certainly be recommending this salon.

The whole experience from the moment when my wife and I walk in the door to when we leave in about an hour is satisfying because the staff know our names and treat us as VIPs. A visit begins with a relaxing head massage in a massage chair, followed by a freshly brewed coffee and an accompanying very yummy home made Melting Moment biscuit. My hairdresser Jenna takes care to cut my hair to the same style every 5 weeks and quite cleverly uses only a small set of sissors.

I always find the staff very professional & genuinely friendly. The owners are always about the salon & that always adds a solid feel to a business - that they are invovled; which also involves the staff. Overall excellent (I have been going for over 4 years)

Kathy is my colour savior!!! After trying many of Brisbane's high end salons with mixed results, Kathy at Rixon, helped me achieve the tricky blonde colour I was after and restored my hair to great condition. I was also pleasantly surprised with price, this salon is very reasonable compared with others I've been too and certainly offer more value for money. I would highly recommend Rixon for quality service, friendly atmosphere and value for money.

Have just turned 50 and have been going to the hairdressers since I was about 12 or 13. I have waited almost all this time to find someone that I have complete confidence in. Jenna and Katie are the best and their suggestions have been fantastic. With my new hairstyle and color I get compliments wherever I go. Thanks girls and the rest of the team at Rixon - you guys rock!!!!!
