I've been coming for years and continue to have people stop me to ask where I get my hair done. I never hesitate to recommend John and Kathie. John is the epitome of a gentleman and a cutting wizard. Kathie is a treasure with an impeccable eye for colour. Expect cuts that stay looking amazing until your next appointment and colour that never looks flat or trashy. Couldn't be more happy! You'd do well to give them a try. You'll soon see why the place is buzzing with exceedingly happy regulars.

The head massage portion of the hair wash was really short and not as relaxing or stimulating on my scalp like it usually is. It was a junior stylist doing that part of my booking so it may be that she's still getting the ropes. But considering I paid extra for this service I thought I'd at least get more value for money. I didn't mention my disappointment at the time, but in hindsight I should've.

On the morning of my appointment, after 9:30AM, I called to see if I could delay my appointment but the phone went to voicemail when I expected it to be answered by the reception. Not a big issue but something to monitor in the future.
