Hi, I always have a great experience with you guys and my haircut and colour is fabulous - Thanks Igor and Terry. My feedback would be in relation to clarity on price of services - my specific example is that the price of my daughters 15minute hair trim was $40 which was substantially more than what I had been advised over the phone as $15 which was a bit of a shock. The booking of this service also didn't appear to be organised, even though I was specific on the phone and poor Terry had to move around appointments to accommodate us - which was stressful for myself and I'm sure her also.
