I was disappointed with the blow dry/style. It had dropped out entirely within 30 mins of leaving the salon and 7 hours to go before the function. I ended up going to another salon to get it redone. All in all a very expensive and disappointing experience. I would not return even though the c staff and salon were pleasant.

My treatment was delayed but each time I wanted another drink I had to ask. Not the end of the world but when delayed if the drinks are flowing, it wouldn’t bother me. Love the salon though and my treatment. I’ll be back.

Most of experiences have bee positive. The last couple of visis have been a bit casual / familiar. Not as proessional. I sense my custom is taken for granted. there have been a couple of practices that I have witnessed that I felt were below par or inappropriate. A Client was left sitting with foils for at least 45 mins while the staff had their own hair done in full view of everyone. A client was told that the burning she experienced during a colour process was normal and given the end of a comb to scratch it. I'm no hair professional but this did not seem right.

I’ve loved coming here for many years but recently I’ve found that the consultation time is rushed and I’m not getting the cut that I’ve had in mind because I haven’t had a chance to elaborate. Although never had a bad cut just not getting any advice or the cut I want.

The salon environment is very nice and there were many staff members to help. I appreciated the free drink and everyone was quite kind. That said, I found the appointment to be rushed (it was clear the hairdresser was hurrying up to get to another client), and I did not like that there wasn't a shampoo at the end. I thought it is standard to get a hair wash after a cut, so that you don't have hair falling all over the place until you get home. I also did not appreciate that the final price was significantly higher than the price on the website, because only the more senior stylists were available. I only found out that the price would be higher after I booked the appointment.
