My Mother and I arrived early (15 mins before schedule time) and sat in a room with no appeal. The music playing the whole time was inappropriate and loud, not what we are use to. We paid for a classic facial (60 mins) and shoulder, neck and back massage (30 mins), $150. We were called in for our treatment just after the appointment time and taken to our beauty room and advised to undress and then get under the towel ready for treatment. It seemed like eternity before my Therapist came back to the room to commence treatment, I actually thought of getting up and checking where She got to (after treatment my Mother told me, She checked her watch and it was about 10 mins before Therapist came back in). My Mother told me She said something to the Therapist about the long wait and hence why my Mother came out of the treatment room 10 to 15 minutes longer than me. I could hear them talking and laughing when I was waiting for my treatment to commence. There was a time where I was left for sometime during treatment and felt I could have been treated to a head massage etc. My treatment concluded around 5 mins before time was up. I was really looking forward to my treatment and yes it was relaxing and the Therapist was good but I felt totally ripped off of time for my $150. This should have been the hour and a half but was probably around an hour and 10. I am a Beauty Therapist as well and have worked in 5 star salons for exclusive hotels and would never leave a client or short cut their treatment. My Mother and I won’t be back.
