Olivia is a beautiful beauty therapist- I enjoy my treatments with her. I really like quiet when having relaxing facials Olivia tries her best to place my treatments at the end consultant rooms. Other therapists need to remember some clients don’t come to chit chat - but relax- need quiet even in nextdoor consulting room. Walls are thin and too much talking is disruptive to relax time. Overall a great pampering session. Recommend for everyone to try this salon.

Love the calm and clean environment. The quality of professionalism, the wax and overall result was great. Feedback was asked and followed through at the appointment. Completely nitty picking, with my regular beautician after the wax has been removed, usually wipes/cleans off any residue and applies some sort of moisturiser. Overall a great experience. Thank you :) P.s no need to post my feedback. Happy for the feedback to just go to you guys.

The service I receive at Rouge is always fantastic. As someone who coaches teams on culture and customer I’m always seeking exceptional customer serivces experiences. Rouge provide that, a friendly, professional experience that makes you feel heard and seen. And I always walk out looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you to you all, from the therapists to the lady who often rebooks my appointment - you’re all lovely, I’m always greeted with such enthusiasm, compassion and kindness.

Olivia is AMAZING and I will be back in a month for my regular massage. The only negative that unfortunately happens a lot is the noise from staff in the hallway, back area and front reception which can't be helped due to sound amplified by the tiles. Perhaps music in the rooms may need to be a bit louder or flooring options looked at as it always happens right when your about to enter the drifting off Zen zone and it's a harsh snap back to reality.. but it hasn't stopped me coming back again and again but it is the one thing I would change.

I recommend that step stools be placed in the waxing rooms as us short people have trouble jumping up on the beds and it's a bit late to go get one when you are stripped naked.
