overall I loved the experience - as an 80th birthday gift it was fantastic.The young lady who attended to me - was lovely and should I be lucky enough to visit again - I'll ask for her. However, just a little disappointed with my eyebrows, which are uneven and the nail polish - while a fabulous colour and has stayed on brilliantly, was put on too thickly and ran...twice!
