$270 seems a lot for 2x 60min massages, 2 plastic cups of water and some time in a bath with jets. Shower facilities would be an improvement and expected for the prices of your treatments. No advice was provided, no questions regarding client comfort were asked (eg are you freezing cold with the air con on? Are you happy with the pressure of your massage, do you have any injuries or areas you would like focused on or avoided?) it was a fluke I mentioned I'm breast feeding and that the use of essential oils is not recommended, I'm not sure everyone in the same situation would know this.

Very professional service given I had severe allergies to contend with. Extremely pleased with the results of the facial especially, and my skin feels the best it has in ages!!

I am sorry but I will not return to your premises again - although the place is very impressive in appearance I was extremely uncomfortable whilst having a pedicure - the pedicure I had was the cavier pedicure which is your top of the range however I have had a standard pedicure at another beautician at Charlestown square which was conducted in a luxurious lounge recliner which was also a massage lounge and the time spent on my feet was longer and a much better job all around. My nails were cut perfectly and filed perfectly however your business only cut the main toe nail and just filed the rest however they were all too long (and I like my nails longer than most) so that is saying something. I am sorry however you were very overpriced and product delivered was not at the standard of your competitors. I am sorry however thre was nothing relaxing at all about my experience with your business.

I love the Royal Day Spa and always have a splendid experience. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are all friendly. the massages are perfection and I can't wait for my next one. I highly recommend this day spa.

I had a great experience overall with the friendly service and professional results of the treatment. mThe only suggestion I could provide would be to update the reading material in the waiting area. Relevant beauty and fashion magazines are a must for this type of salon (2012 not impressive). I will definitely be back and will happily recommend to friends and purchase gift vouchers in the future.

I had a facial and a spa. I was given the facial first, followed by the spa. I probably would have preferred the spa first, followed by the facial. I sweated all the product off my face in the spa so I think having the spa first would have been more beneficial. Also would have been way more relaxed during the facial if the spa was first. Other than that, it was a great treatment and would definitely come back and refer my friends.
