Disappointed the the Vichi shower didn't work as it should (I was still charged for this even though it was not used as explained in menu). I thought the body scrub was nice and the massage was perfect - just didn't feel i got the whole experience as expected and have received before considering it is the most expensive day spa around and cost $255 for this appointment.

Hi, I had one of your spray tan specials last week - I explained I wanted a darker tan and left the tan on for over 6 hours - washed it off prior to bed. I was advised not to worry if the tan was light it would develop overnight. Well it didn't develop overnight - it looked like I hardly had a tan on. I was concerned that the lighting in the tanning room was very dark, and when my tan was finished it didn't look like much tan had gone onto the skin. I had to reapply with my own tan the next day. Not idea.

I visited you last Saturday morning having made an appointment with you at least a week prior. When I arrived it seems I was a 'surprise' - there was no record of my booking. The staff were helpful and said how lucky I was they could fit me in!! My response, ever so nicely and probably not even absorbed was, 'actually, it is you who are lucky as I would have been most annoyed had I not been able to have what I booked, done' All turned out well, but I have to wonder what happened!I said 'maybe the boss took the booking' and the girl smiled - all ended up well after all. . Lovely staff and beautiful surrounds. I personally feel that I was left too long sitting around(with no apologies) in treatment rooms, whilst waiting for staff to move me or start the next treatment. A staff member even trie4d to bring the next person in the room, until they opened the door and saw me still sitting there waiting. Robes could have been more luxurious - to match the environment.

facilities seem to be aging with the beauty therapist struggling to make the equipment work properly. Also, a little too cold with the equipment for having a body wrap

I have had a number of treatments on a number of occassions, but this time the quality of service was not as good. It was only for an eyebrow wax and tint, but I am not thrilled about the shape of my brows. I feel they were more plucked then waxed.
