We came in as a group booking of 4 with cheese n wine. we did have a lovely time I would however recommend you book people in for their treatments 30mins after their start time I.e booking is at 2pm book people in for treatments from 2.30 so everyone can sit and relax have some nibbles before they go in. Hard to eat/ drink when you have just had a manicure. Also recommend you buy some nail dryers to help dry to the polish - 4 layers is. Lot to dry. mine were damaged after an hour.

I found that the facial I had may not have been the best suited to my skin and also the product I purchased is defiantly not suited for my skin.

We would have expected more for the service and cost, considering we were given water in our champaign glass instead of champaign! We specifically asked for champaign with our spa. We paid for that and did not get it, WATER... Was what we got... In a champaign glass that was plastic... Not the way we wanted to finish our year and start our holidays. So we then had to pay the bar next door to give us our beverage. Then we saw the staff lady leaving the premises waving two full bottles of champaign at us and yelling out, "thanks" to us!!! WHAT THE...also on arriving we would have preferred leaving the "are you pregnant" question for the application questionnaire form rather than looking you up and down then saying "are you pregnant"!!! Well, "NO" but thanks for your confidence. I think We should get a REFUND..."oh" I nearly forgot, PLEASE. That is called having MANNERS and RESPECT...

Lovely treatment, the only let down is the noise from other clients that can be heard between treatment rooms. I would recommend sound proofing the walls.

Hello, I had a lovely treatment, but I Felt that the person doing my massage wasn't very experienced. I also think the feel of the room would have been much nicer if the music was played on a surround sound speaker system instead of a CD player, as the CD kept skipping.
