Made was very good and had a very nice manner. My only negative was that the add on hair treatment was done as part of the 1 1/2 hour massage I had chosen . I was using a $200 gift voucher from my family . I had to use $20 so added the hair treatment . It should be additional time, otherwise it is like paying $20 for a handful of oil. I asked them not to get me a voucher this year because I have never been able to accumulate points for this because it was purchased for me.
