We booked an hour massage and had a facial as an extra however the massage was cut short by 10 minutes to facilitate the facial but overall was amazing thankyou.

My 15 year old daughter and I had a relaxation massage in the same room. We were lucky to have Annie and Gemma who were both wonderful. Gemma helped my nervous teenager relax and enjoy the experience. Annie worked on me and I can say hands down she was the best massage I have ever had and I'm 50, so had a few in my years. Outstanding work Annie from Simpson, you did a brilliant job. I walked out feeling relaxed and reinvigorated. When you rolled a hot towel onto my back to remove the oil at the end, it was so seamless I thought you were pouring warm water down my back, I was so surprised. Thank you so much for your professionalism and hands, you are a gift from the heavens.

Staff were lovely but poorly presented. Treatment room was located near reception and you could hear a lot Noise and talking from staff and other clients. The service was fine but not worth the money.

Value for money not sure if the foot spa was worth extra 50 on top of massage
