I had a 60 minute therapeutic massage. The room was cold, the oils were not prewarmed and I was cold through the whole experience. The girl who did my massage was lovely and friendly but was clearly operating within the parameters of her training. For the cost, I would expect a warm room, the oil to be heated and to be asked if I’m warm enough during the experience. The only reprieve was the lovely warm towel that was applied a couple of times on my feet and back. Unfortunately the temp issue ruined my experience ☹️

I have been a regular for some years now. Love the relaxation massage and just what the doctor ordered today. Beth did a great job in being professional and worked wonders with her massage. Very pleasant. All of the ladies are lovely.

The room was cold, plus after being wipped with a hot towel I was freezing! They needed a heated towel on the beds - makes such a big difference.
