My treatment was a facial and massage. I was disappointed with the cold oil that applied to my body for my massage, The break in touch from my therapist throughout the treatment didn’t make for relaxation, and the room was cold. We also had another staff member walk in to our room half way through my treatment. $230 is an indulgent price tag and the treatment didn’t match this price point.

Lovely atmosphere and staff, quite expensive but worth the experience if you can afford it. Had a great lash and brow tint, great colour and coverage. Also tried sugaring, was impressed at the time but after looking over my legs after the appointment there were still a lot of hairs, maybe its just not for me! And it's quite pricey so I was a little disappointed. Will still go back though!

I really enjoyed my experience. Loved it. Tyra was so good. The only problem I had was when she was selling me the products. Although I understand this is part of business, she didn't listen to me when I said I am going to a dermatologist next week for my peri oral dermatitis. Recommending the products. In in particular, on the packaging. Not for broken skin. Which I had. I was disappointed.

Love the option for an upgrade to a services ie: eye treatment or hair treatment.. I just don't think it's being offered at the right price.
