The massage today was very good but the room cold and the massage oil freezing. I have never experienced this before and although the massage was very good it is hard to relax in a cold area!

The quality of service was great however, the room was cold, I could hear voices through walls, I did not receive footware to go into the showers down the corridor. The room was very clean, staff were lovely, the setting is beautiful, The therapist was lovely and gave a great treatment.

Jenna was a great masseuse and she gave some great advice, I would have given everything too marks if it wasn’t for not having a drink when I came out. I re booked for next month so all in all I walked away happy
