I love everything about the spa however the only feeling I have is at times I feel short changed. For example, an hour massage for $100 always sees me dressed and paying in under an hour.So from the time I undress, am ready, massage starts, finishes and am at reception, I actually haven't had an hour massage. However in saying that, maybe the hour does include getting ready and finishing.
