The girls were absolutely lovely, we thoroughly enjoyed our massage. When we enquired about the products used, they were very knowledgeable and helpful on what products would be beneficial for our skin types. They were also respectful and it did not feel like we were being sold something unnecessary.

I found the massage table uncomfortable for the facial section of the treatment. My lower back was quite stiff by the time it was done even after requesting more pillows for under my knees

It was my first visit. I found Shannon very friendly, gentle, caring and professional. I will ask for her again when I come back. From now on I know where I go for a "me" time :)

My sister and I booked in conjunction and included our Mum (Betty who lives in Torquay) in our visit which she loves as an annual treat! Meagan (My sister) was VERY disappointed to find out on arriving that the treatment she booked was not available (Deep Tissue Massage and was charged the cheaper price) BUT the price isn't what got my sister there. She had never been before and thru my recommendations enticed her to give your spa a try and unfortunately she left very disappointed because the treatment she booked was at last minute obviously not an option. We travelled from Melbourne / organised the dads to look after the kids to do the joint venture with Mum for post Mothers Day treat so it's a shame my sister left disappointed. It would be appreciated if you could send her a message to try and entice her to return! Regards Simone

Loved the spa. I will def come back but very unhappy that a voucher is restricted in a weekend. It's still money. You should be able to us it a the time. I would never ever purchase a voucher and I won't recommend the voucher but apart from that it was excellent.
