The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful relaxed environment and setting. Quality massage and facial. The room environment was very cool during massage and I had to ask them to alter the heating twice, the lighting was also very bright during the massage so blasted with light when I turned over. they did alter the lighting when asked but I thought the atmosphere would have been adjusted prior to the start of the treatment.

Amber provided me with the most relaxing and therapeutic experience that I could have hoped for. She has a lovely quiet demeanour and the massage and facial were both amazing. The only thing I don’t enjoy about the Saltair is the practice of offering additional services in the treatment room. I would prefer to confirm treatment options when making my appointment. It’s disappointing that a $230 treatment package seems insufficient when arriving for my appointment. Surely a luxury facial would include enough without needing extras.

The therapist changed the treatment last minute after overhearing a conversation that I had as my boss booked the treatment and I preferred another treatment. Fabulous flexibility and customer service. I actually really appreciated that. It is service like that which will make me return.

The facial itself was really beautiful and my therapist was lovely, but it was a cold morning and the room outside was very cold. I think by the time the heater and electric blanket finally warmed up it was 40 mins into my treatment. When cold masks etc are going on my face and neck unfortunately it doesn't make the experience as good as it could be.

A ver relaxing 1 hour I felt the massage was very beneficial to my well being as I have recently had some stressful experiences.
