My experience was exceptional. The person who did my facial/massage was great. She clearly understood my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure my massage and facial were completed in a manner that suited me - temperature/products/pressure etc. She also checked in with smaller details too. Very impressed. The only reason I marked the overall environment down to an 8 was not sue to the spa itself.. but as I came out into the relaxation room there was a baby in the waiting room crying. I have kids of my own and I work with children... this was my only morning to myself in months and I really didn't want to listen to a baby cry when I came out. I understand that this was not the cause of the spa employees, but it would be great if this was made clearer to clients - not to bring in children. Other than that, it was an exceptional experience and I will be back

One suggestion I would make is for the masseur to explain during the massage if she is using firmer pressure for a reason.

Saltair never fails to exceed expectation. Being a massage therapist myself I'm always a little anxious about how my massage will be and I haven't been disappointed yet. My therapist this time was excellent which was greatly appreciated. My facial was superb. The only blight on our experience this time was that my mother and I both had vouchers for an hour exfoliating salt massage which we were unable to have changed to 30 min salt massage 30 min facial which we have had previously and when changed to 30 min massage and 30 min facial we still had to pay $10 each extra

I really, really enjoyed my massage on Saturday. The only feedback that I would provide is in regards to trying to 'upsell'. When I went into the room to start my massage, the therapist was explaining what would happen during my treatment, which I really do appreciate. However, there was a point where there were additional eye treatments that were trying to be sold to me. I understand that it is a business, but when I step into that room, I really just want to start to switch off completely. & then when there was some muscle relaxant cream used during my treatment, when I had finished the treatment & having my cup of tea I was told that I could buy that product. Again I understand that it is a business & I'm sure that the therapist was doing what she is supposed to do, but if I'm providing honest feedback, I didn't enjoy the attempts to upsell. Apart from that EVERYTHING else was perfect!
