My experience at Saltair Spa was fantastic. Fantastic massage but keeping quite about my masseur as I want her to myself!!!!! The whole experience from booking to departure was great. Friendly staff and very professional. One hour massage is 1 hour unlike some spas where you are cut short but 10 or 15 minutes for setup. Highly recommend.

my appointment was rescheduled as my therapist was unwell the week prior. I was offerered a free hair mask or eye treatment as a result which was really lovely and unexpected. The massage itself was amazing! I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed and left feeling a lot less sore through my back and shoulders. My only criticism would be that I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early which I did and then waited half an hour. I understand things happen and sometimes things run over time however a simple phone call prior to my appointment to let me know would have been amazing. I had been feeding my two month old and had to cut her feed short in order to arrive at that time when I didn't actually need to. Also I did need to ask about the free hair mask or eye treatment at the end as it was forgotten (never nice to have to ask for a freebie!)

zoe's massage technique was great, checking in with me to see how i was feeling duting the pregnancy massage & if i needed any changes. Very relaxing, so glad i booked!

Staff where exceptional; friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is stunning. Our treatment was amazing. Will 100% be going back and will recommend to all my friends.
