I bought an hour treatment for my wife as part of our wedding anniversary. Even though she arrived in plenty of time when i came to pick her up she was dressed and had been waiting for ten minutes. Her treatment time could only have been 45 minutes. If youre selling a treatment as 60 minutes then thats what it should be. 60 minutes on the table and 10 minutes change either side. If that costs more - so be it. You're setting bad customer expectations and left us feeling short changed. As a result i wouldn't recommend your spa to anyone.

Tammy was great and probably one of the best massages I've had, she knew what she was doing and was informative post massage. Specials would be good to offer monthly given most other places around are offering them such as RACV that you can get a 45 min massage with 30 min facial for $99 which at times others take up the offer.

I took my mother n law for a massage for her birthday, a lady who is usually very nervous during a massage commented she was relaxed within 5 minutes, the best she ever had she said. Thank you so much to the staff for making her birthday present very special.
