Purchased Neuro sensitive cellular face lotion, but it feels like dried soap on my face and rolls into little balls when gently massaging onto face. Should have purchased a sample only to try first. Very disappointing. Everything else, massage and facial was just perfect.

I booked in on the phone for 10:30am appointment and was told to come 15 minutes early to fill in paperwork, my reminder text a few days before also stated 10:30 and I confirmed. Then when I arrived this morning at 10:15 to start filling in paperwork before appointment they said the appointment was for 10:15! I showed them my text message which said 10:30, there was no immediate remedy or fix. I just went into the massage quickly and was only given a 45 minute massage as they obviously booked someone after me. As such I paid for a 60 minute massage and received 45 minutes I don’t think that is value for money.

We were wonderfully looked after by Renee and Libby for a couples treatment. Atmosphere was very relaxing and both girls were very skilled in their massaging skills. Just what we needed.

Both Mum and I were absolutely in heaven during and after our incredible first experience at Saltair. Jess and Ella were both exceptional at providing us with the BEST three hours of our lives! We had a three hour session including: full body scrub & mud mask, head oil massage, the most AMAZING one hour full body massage (like no other) finished by a one hour facial from heaven, with an extra eye mask which provided immediate results. Saltair exceeded our expectations in every way, providing full relaxation that we both needed and deserved! We also bought the facial products recommended and used on us to continue the incredible feel. So happy to provide an outstanding review for a local business.

Everything was great however I think my treatment room was next to the lunchroom as I could hear quite a bit of chatting and noise. My therapist seemed quite knowledgeable on products and was great to chat to re skin care.
