I arrived for my appointment and was told that my appointment was actually at 11 however my confirmation text told me 9.45. They explained that it must have been changed but then I never received a call. I had to wait 20 minutes for somebody to come in early. I had other things planned for the day so this was not ideal to have to wait. I also wasn’t offered to add any extras onto my massage like I have the other 3 times I have been there and it felt very rushed

The treatment I had was extremely relaxing and therapeutic . The employee who delivered the treatment was very professional, respectful and personable which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to experience a relaxing, pampering session of self- indulge and wellbeing.
