My actual experience during my massage was lovely but it was the 3 changes I had to make to my appointment which was very disappointing firstly my first appointment was cancelled due to a broken bed then 2nd appointment I had to cancel due to not accepting gift vouchers on sundays which is ridiculous and it really shouldn’t matter what day you use a voucher and the 3 appointment had to be bought forward and hour which is fine but because of the other previous changes didn’t leave a very positive experience for me.
