I have been to a lot of spas and today's experience was wonderful. I had the Elements treatment.

Jen was awesome, right from the moment we were greeted, she was very welcoming and listened to my requests regarding specific treatment areas. She was extremely careful to ensure that my treatment was to my satisfaction and her technique was just so professional. I requested a "relaxed and therapeutic massage" and was not disappointed. This was not my first massage with Jen and will certainly not be the last, my partner and I have already booked in again. At Saltair Day Spa the facilities, the staff, the environment and the views (very scenic and relaxing) are top notch. We travel overseas regularly and always sound out Spa experiences wherever we are, in my book Saltair Day Spa is in definitely up there with my top three in the world.

The service from your receptionist was disappointing. On arrival I checked the details of my appointment and identified that I had booked a deep tissue massage and a tailored, however was booked in for a package that only had a therapeutic massage. The receptionist was not warm at all. Her overall response was that I had to take the booking as there was a therapist booked now. When I later said that I didn't want that as it's not what I booked she said I could leave the massage but still had to do the facial. Given this was an error at your end this response was disappointing. I had booked a 2 HR treatment and that was what I wanted. Recognition of error and an apology for the inconvenience would have gone a long way. This whole encounter left me irritated walking into my session rather than relaxed and excited. Overall, exceptionally disappointed with your receptionists managing of this situation.

Revisited to have same massage with candice again. Just as good second time around

The facial itself was really beautiful and my therapist was lovely, but it was a cold morning and the room outside was very cold. I think by the time the heater and electric blanket finally warmed up it was 40 mins into my treatment. When cold masks etc are going on my face and neck unfortunately it doesn't make the experience as good as it could be.
