My only concern was there was too Much push of products at the end of the session. I’m keen to learn about my skin but not spend 5+ minutes talking about the details of the products I should get. This should happen in the room in private and not in the open lounge for others to listen to. My friend nor the other guest in the lounge had the same experience. So I think just a lighter touch and if through inquiry then more information can be given. However the treatment and experience as absolutely superb. Beautiful setting and surrounds. Magnificent massage and treatment. I will definately be back.
