Sarah provided wonderful attention to detail throughout my treatment, the whole experience was lovely, relaxing and I felt very special. It is expensive but that's what this type of service costs. The gardens could be improved outside to improve the atmosphere.It would be good to be able to have a shower after the treatment if the facilities were available. I had a facial, foot scrub and 1/2 hour massage and I loved it so much I bought a gift package for my daughter. Definitely going back.The walls between treatment rooms are a bit thin and I could hear chatter during my relaxing massage which could be distracting, however, I didn't let it bother me. On the whole it was just what I needed and I was impressed.

My therapist was very respectful with back massage pressure and it certainly helped me relax. Massage pressure with scrub on feet was very firm and uncomfortable on delicate areas of the feet unfortunately. A nice foot treatment overall, just not the pedicure that I was expecting. Lovely surroundings and very attentive staff. A lovely place to be with friends.

I had a facial treatment and Jess looked after me - she was lovely and can't recommend her highly enough. The location of Saltair is just beautiful. The only issue I had was that the noise from reception (I assume) filtered into my room during my treatment. This took a bit of the relaxing vibe away from the treatment.
