I've been to Saltaire on a few occasions and generally love my experience there. Still a beautiful place however this time I felt service was not up to past expectation. I took my husband for the 1st time. We were left in the front foyer at start ( that's fine) but even our post treatment we were left in the entrance wAy, so a little disappointed. Also we booked an hour deep tissue massage, when we arrived we were offered an upgrade hair mask treatment...... Which we both excepted however I was not told that this would eat into the massage time? I would have expected this to be extra time as we paid extra for it, I just think this should have been explained but other than that always nice to visit Saltaire

I had the 2 hour Sapphire treatment today with the lovely Bernie. What a treat. 2 wonderful hours of deep relaxation, plus my skin feels amazing. My most favourite day spa ever! Thank you again Saltair!

The treatment was beautiful but the treatment room was a big letdown, the bathroom was old and outdated and not luxurious at all. Expected way more

Did not enjoy the sales pitch at the end. May be a good idea to advise clients that if they want further information on a the products used and the reduced cost that they can ask. Loved everything else!!

saltair spa is a great experience the only the only downside is they do not honour your credit if you have a voucher for 100.00 dollars and the treatment is 99 you donit even get offered the change only minor but does amount to a few dollars over time that could be put towards another treatment not just wiped

Was a really amazing experience. Really relaxing and peaceful. Excellent service provided by Lucy. Really thorough good quality massage. A bit cold in the room though so was cold throughout the massage despite the blankets.
