I had a pregnancy massage and facial. The massage bed was amazing when laying face down, I loved having the hole for the belly. But when I turned into my back for the rest of the massage and facial (over an hour) it was extremely uncomfortable as there was no support for my back where the hole was. I walked away feeling like I needed another massage

We had lovely treatments today. One little criticism was we both felt a little cold. It would be lovely if there was an area to freshen up i.e fix hair and put on makeup if not heading straight home. We both commented that we didn’t get our lovely tea, following our treatments which we have always been given in the past. Maybe you were super busy today. Having said that the treatments were faultless, the girls were very professional and attentive. Thanks Saltair. Looking forward to my next visit.

The deep relaxation massage was amazing! 2 hours treatment was just nice. Not too short, not too long. Olivia was attentive. I didn't feel rushed. The pressure was consistent. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout. Wish there is a spa scent within the centre and treatment room. Overall, the treatment was beyond expectation. Happy to visit again next time.

Overall my experience was lovely, however finding it hard to grasp the concept of the new renovated waiting area. It looks nice but you dont feel relaxed as in the old waiting area you had recliner chairs and had tea on offer but now you just sit on this big couch thing which is right next to the front door so is noisy when you try to unwhind. Plus when I came in there were two girls giggling carrying on when filling out the new client forms and then her phone went off I was not impressed. Possibly a seperate area is needed for clients waiting for appointments to new clients filling out forms etc. Melissa was lovely she did a great job with my therapeutic massage and I liked the little touch of smelling the oils with my eyes closed not knowing what they are. Tamara was fantastic as well accommodating in every way from providing tea on arrival, explaining treatments was great. The hydrotherapy energy cocoon was heaven felt like jelly afterwards. Will definately be back hopefully sooner then last time :)

A very relaxing experience. Felt calm and comfortable. Treatment was thorough and soothing. Best part was the scalp massage, I could feel the stress leave my body during the treatment. My therapist was Maddison and she was kind, informed and quiet, just the way I like my service to be. Thankyou.
