I had a great experience with Ella! It was my first time with Saltair as well as my first massage and facial so I was a little nervous on what to expect. I left after my treatment with Ella feeing refreshed and relaxed. I appreciated her going over the treatment and checking in with me. It was really appreciated. The one negative I did have during my time at the spa was that the walls are thin and I’m not sure if being near reception or maybe a staff tea room was potentially the issue, but throughout my treatment there were moments where I could hear the conversations going on outside the room and could hear laughing. Ella had the music going in my treatment room however we could still hear the outside noise of people. Other than the moments of chatting and laughing outside I really did enjoy my time during my pregnancy treatment.

I have been embracing the Saltair Torquay experience for several years, almost monthly this year. My preferred practitioner is always professional, knowledgable, curteous and friendly - above all she listens - an extraordinary combination in one individual. If I was to provide any suggestions, for improvement, it would be to "refresh" the building (internally and externally) along with it's surrounds, to adequately represent and enhance the five star service of its staff.

i loved my experience, however i think that it was VERY expensive - $240 for a bath, massage and facial... i would have thought about $60 too dear. thanks

We had a great day and felt fantastic afterwards. My face is glowing. Only suggested improvements are a break during long packages for herbal tea and snack and the spas are a tight fit for two. We'll be back. Had a great day.

My sister and I booked in conjunction and included our Mum (Betty who lives in Torquay) in our visit which she loves as an annual treat! Meagan (My sister) was VERY disappointed to find out on arriving that the treatment she booked was not available (Deep Tissue Massage and was charged the cheaper price) BUT the price isn't what got my sister there. She had never been before and thru my recommendations enticed her to give your spa a try and unfortunately she left very disappointed because the treatment she booked was at last minute obviously not an option. We travelled from Melbourne / organised the dads to look after the kids to do the joint venture with Mum for post Mothers Day treat so it's a shame my sister left disappointed. It would be appreciated if you could send her a message to try and entice her to return! Regards Simone
