Environment was nice however the ability to hear other clients chatting throughout my treatment was very distracting. Also the door closing into other treatment room was also quite noisy. Suggest getting doors which close softly or with a form stoppers.

I had a great experience with Ella! It was my first time with Saltair as well as my first massage and facial so I was a little nervous on what to expect. I left after my treatment with Ella feeing refreshed and relaxed. I appreciated her going over the treatment and checking in with me. It was really appreciated. The one negative I did have during my time at the spa was that the walls are thin and I’m not sure if being near reception or maybe a staff tea room was potentially the issue, but throughout my treatment there were moments where I could hear the conversations going on outside the room and could hear laughing. Ella had the music going in my treatment room however we could still hear the outside noise of people. Other than the moments of chatting and laughing outside I really did enjoy my time during my pregnancy treatment.
